It just so happens that what is due to be the 20th edition of my New Music Round Up’s has coincided with the time of the year that everyone likes to publish retrospective lists.
I thought it would therefore be a cool idea to go back through all the new music I’ve featured over 2013 and try and pick out some of the highlights and hidden gems. I didn’t originally plan it to be a top 13, it just sort of worked out like that so I thought I’d run with it!
