Yesterday a Redditor by the name of dirkdiggin asked his/her fellow Redditors to name their top 10 albums of the 2000’s. Today all of the entries have been collated and a definitive list of what r/music subscribers think are the best albums of the 2000’s has been published. There’s no major surprises in the list, with Radiohead, The White […]
Despite the rain and oceans of unspeakable effluence, despite the contentious inclusion of a “real” Metal band and the scandalous accusations suggesting the presence of a Country & Western ventriloquism act (directed at a real life Dolly) and, despite the rather telling lack of lobster and Prosecco to be found among the more up scale […]

April was a pretty busy month in music – just a quick read through the music news will tell you that. Kasabian announced their new album, Liam Gallagher sent everyone into a mini-meltdown about a possible Oasis reunion, Glastonbury announced the first raft of acts for this years festival and there was also the small […]
The (almost) full line-up for this years Glastonbury Festival has been revealed this morning – confirming Kasabian as headliner alongside Arcade Fire as well as announcing another 80 or so names to the bill. Finally – after lots of rumours and ‘are they aren’t they‘ speculation – Arcade Fire have confirmed they will be headlining Glastonbury 2014. The Canadian band, who released one of the albums of the year in Reflektor, confirmed their slot at Glastonbury by releasing their updated tour itinerary for 2014 – which has them down […]
