The Darlingtons – ‘Bats’
Taunton band The Darlingtons are fast becoming our favourite new band. After their devastating debut New Independent EP, they’re now on the run-up to the release of their debut album on indie label Ordered Records and have released ‘Bats’ to whet our appetite, which you can listen to right here:
‘Bats’ is yet another lush, textured and melodic tune to go with The Darlingtons’ burgeoning set of ‘moody euphoric guitar music’ (their words!), and shows they can do upbeat toe-tappers just as well as dramatic and melancholic chin-strokers.
