We Are Falcon – ‘Second Go’

The first time I listened to We Are Falcon it was a rainy night, it was cold and I was miserable – but all changed when I hit the play button. Instantly I thought of Kings of Leon, the tropical guitar and cool vocals were so similar it was uncanny. But there’s something different about We Are Falcon, not only do these guys create catchy tracks, but they incorporate itchy bass lines into their music – what’s not to like?!

Almost immediately my mood changed, I felt content and excited about what I was about to listen to. It was great, the poetic verses, and the indie folk sounds mixed with upbeat drums were golden.

‘Second Go’ is a masterpiece, the track is cleverly crafted with powering drums and overwhelming vocals, We Are Falcons have definitely given us a treat here! It is hard to describe ‘Second Go’ as it incorporates all types of sounds that skilfully work so well together, the track is so cleverly crafted and so beautifully performed – and it’s proudly been on repeat ever since the first play.

This London based indie folk band is certain to be set for big things this summer.

We Are Falcon are due to release their much anticipated self- titled album on March 1st. Find out more about them at their Bandcamp page.
