Agency FAQs
Can one pack feature different artists?
Yes. Credits are intended for different artists and releases handled by the same purchasing agency or label. Each credit covers one accepted Music Release placement.
Do you guarantee placement on a specific date?
We can work towards campaign dates, but publication dates are only confirmed after the brief and materials have been reviewed. Urgent deadlines should be flagged before booking, and turnaround time (TAT) for publishing is generally 24 hours.
What if an artist or article is not suitable?
We review eligibility before confirming an individual placement. Content that is unsuitable, misleading, copied or outside our music remit may be declined. Unused credits remain available for other suitable submissions within their validity period.
