New Music: White Bone Rattle – ‘Miss Mist’

Psych-rock seems to be everywhere at the minute – or maybe I just keep getting drawn towards it. Either way, new Kent-based band White Bone Rattle seem to be pretty good at it. Their debut album Creature Of Curiosity is full of melodic, scuzzy, groovy and harmonious psychedelic rock – all of which is perfectly encapsulated in the lead single ‘Miss Mist’, which was released this week.

Check out ‘Miss Mist’ here and let me know what you think in the comments:

White Bone Rattle are made up of two sets of brothers: David and Mark Hayfield and Jamie and Liam Chrisp. They were formed in Kent in 2009 and cite classic bands like Cream and The Doors as influences, as well as more modern garage-psych-rock bands like Tame Impala and The Black Keys.

Debut album Creature Of Curiosity is set for release on 26 November. To find out more about White Bone Rattle, head over to their webiste: www.whitebonerattle.com
