New Music: Waylayers – ‘Magnets’

East London indie-poppers Waylayers are fast making a name for themselves, thanks to their wide-eyed pop sensibilities and ear for very catchy riffs.

After their debut single ‘Hear No Lies’ got them noticed earlier this year, they’re back with second effort ‘Magnets’ – which is just as captivating. Listen to it below and let me know what you think:

‘Magnets’ is out on 26 November, and will be accompanied by B-side ‘Love Locked’ – which Waylayers have made available as a free download. It’s a bit more floaty and experimental than their two singles, but is well worth a listen:

Waylayers are Harry Lee (vocals, synths), Dave Norman (bass) and Joe Andrews (guitar).
