Demi Lovato was at Highline Ballroom in New York City to perform full version of “Stone Cold” for a small group of lucky fans. The event was arranged by the Universal Music. It is believed in the music circles that this track is about Demi’s personal life during the times when she was with boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. This new track will be included in singer’s upcoming studio album “Confident”. The album will be out on October 16th.
“Stone Cold” is an emotional ballad and Demi has a personal connection with it. Her performance at the Highline Ballroom was very emotional and her selected fans seemed like enjoying every bit of it.
This song is special for Demi Lovato. However, the song isn’t as good as some other tracks from her upcoming album. This ballad gives us an emotional side of Demi but she probably overdid it in her performance in NYC where she sounded a little screechy while performing “Stone Cold”. She probably needs to put in a little more effort and work on her control. She has the range and can really turn things around only if she can work on her control, making her vocals feel less screechy. Watch the video below and leave your comments about her performance.
