If you’ve not yet heard of Manchester four-piece Embers, then prepared to be blown away. They’re brand of intense, anthemic rock is already starting to draw comparisons with the like of Sigur Ros and Godspeed… You Black Emporer – and after checking out the videos below you’ll understand why.
It’s hard not to succumb to hyperbole when trying to describe Embers, so I’ll just let their music do the talking instead. Below is their latest video for ‘Hollow Cage’ – which was filmed at Gorton Monastery and looks and sounds exquisite – as well as ‘Days Turn Into Weeks’ and the two tracks they released on a limited edition (and now very collectible) seven inch about a year ago – ‘Tunnel Vision’ and ‘Sins Unknown’.
