It seems a bit odd to be talking about one of 2012’s ‘hottest new acts’ while the collective attention of the music industry is busy wondering who is going to dominate 2013, but the fact is we’re still waiting for Harlem rapper Azealia Banks’ debut album Broke With Expensive Taste to drop.
Today Banks has lifted the lid slightly on her debut album and released brand new track ‘BBD’, which stands for ‘bad bitches doing’. Listen to it below and let me know what you think in the comments:
Broke With Expensive Taste is rumoured to be slated for a February release, and will be preceded by a new single called ‘Miss Amor’ – which has so far been kept under wraps. The release of ‘BBD’ feels like things are starting to move though so watch this space…
