Taylor Swift has now released third music video from her platinum-certified album ‘1989’. The video was released on 13th February just before the Valentine’s Day on VEVO. Produced by Max Martin, directed by Kyle Newman and Shellback and written by Taylor Swift, ‘Style’ reminds us of Miss Swift’s love affair with Harry Styles.
The previous two videos released from Taylor Swift’s 1989 album were showing a lighter side of things but she has changed it this time around coming up with a darker and abstract tone. The music video shows Swift and her man picking up on the memories of their love affair, feeling rather sad about the good old days. But before the video fades out, both give it another try and reunite after bridging their conflicts that become apparent in the earlier scenes of the video.
The role of Swift’s boyfriend was played by Dominic Sherwood. The video definitely draws comparisons to Swift’s love story with her ex-boyfriend Harry Style. In the video, Taylor Swift is wearing the necklace that Style originally gifted Swift.
The “Style” music video was originally released during New York Fashion Week. Swift uploaded to VEVO by Taylor Swift and then it premiered on Good Morning America.
