Business-to-business sponsored publication credits
How All-Noise publication credits work
These terms apply to sponsored SEO publication credit packages purchased for use on All-Noise.co.uk. They supplement the written quotation or invoice agreed with your agency. They do not replace the separate music PR agency packages.
1. Publication packages and prices
- Single sponsored article: £29 (one placement).
- Five sponsored article credits: £120 (£24 per article).
- Ten sponsored article credits: £155 (£15.50 per article).
- All prices are in GBP. Any applicable taxes are confirmed before payment.
2. What one credit covers
One credit covers the review, standard formatting, light copy-editing and publication of one accepted, client-supplied sponsored article on All-Noise.co.uk. A published link is provided after delivery. Major rewriting, original content creation, unusual formatting, and additional services are excluded unless separately quoted.
3. Credit activation and six-month validity
A prepaid package is activated when its payment has been confirmed. Credits remain valid for six calendar months from that date; the exact expiry date is stated in the order confirmation or invoice. You may submit articles at different times and for different clients of the same purchasing agency during the valid period.
Credits cannot automatically be exchanged for artist spotlights, interviews, other music packages or placements on third-party websites. We will keep a record of credits purchased, consumed and remaining, available on request.
4. Editorial acceptance
Each proposed article and its links are reviewed individually before scheduling. We may decline content that is unsuitable for the site, misleading, unlawful, plagiarised, excessively promotional, or otherwise inconsistent with our editorial and publishing standards. The advertiser’s industry need not be music-related, but the proposed content must be acceptable for All-Noise.
A declined draft does not consume a credit. You may provide a suitable replacement within your package validity period. The purchase of credits does not constitute acceptance of every proposed article.
5. Booking, payment and scheduling
Begin with an enquiry describing your campaign and an example topic. We confirm the package, scope and any special requirements before payment. Payment is requested only after we have agreed to proceed. We aim to handle accepted submissions promptly, but firm delivery dates are agreed individually and are not guaranteed in advance.
Once an article is published, we provide its live URL and deduct one credit. Corrections to factual errors should be requested promptly. Significant changes to scope after publication may be quoted separately.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Before any credit is used: You may request cancellation of a prepaid pack within 14 calendar days after payment for a full refund, provided none of its credits has been used.
After credits have been used: Unused credits are normally not refundable at the buyer’s discretion. However, if All-Noise cannot deliver eligible, agreed placements within the validity period after a reasonable opportunity to propose alternatives, we will refund the undelivered balance at the original effective per-credit rate paid (currently £24 for the five-credit pack or £15.50 for the ten-credit pack).
Expired credits: Credits remaining after six months expire without routine refund, except where required by law or where All-Noise was unable to provide eligible agreed placements. Any refund due is processed through an agreed payment method following verification.
These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a different written refund arrangement was expressly agreed before payment, that arrangement takes precedence.
7. Content, rights and disclosures
The purchasing agency confirms it has permission to provide the text, images, brand materials and URLs for publication. The agency remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of materials it supplies, and for having appropriate client authorisation.
Sponsored publications are identified appropriately. Link handling, presentation and other technical or editorial details are reviewed with each submission; no particular search-engine outcome, traffic result, ranking or link attribute is guaranteed.
8. Published content
Publication is provided on All-Noise.co.uk. We aim to maintain published content in the ordinary course of operating the website, but cannot guarantee indefinite availability. Material may need to be corrected, updated or removed for legal, security or editorial reasons; if this affects an agreed paid delivery, we will review a reasonable remedy with the purchaser.
9. Support and disputes
For your credit balance, an invoice, a replacement submission, cancellation or refund request, email submissions@all-noise.co.uk with your agency name and order reference. We will review the details and respond through the same channel.
