When Miles Kane unveiled ‘Give Up’ earlier this month as the lead track from his upcoming new album, he said he wanted the album to reflect the ‘energy and positivity’ he’s felt over the past year or so on the road.
The song certainly lived up to that, being a classic uptempo, in-your-face rock song – and the video he’s recently released leaves you in no doubt Miles has really started to enjoy being centre-stage at last. How else would you explain him dressed in head-to-toe black leather and rocking out in front of a big screen of a gyrating model!?

‘Give Up’ is released on 24 February as a four-track EP, which will be available as a 7″ vinyl the following day.
