Carrie Underwood has released a new track titled “Renegade Runaway” a week before the release date of her next album. The single was released on iTunes. Carrie’s new album titled “Storyteller” will be released on 23 October.
“Renegade Runaway” is a slow country-rock jam, co-written by Carrie Underwood, Hillary Lindsey and Chris DeStefano. The American Idol winning singer sings about a femme fatale who loves to break hearts. As a result, she has so many of those broken hearts on her way. She does this everywhere she goes. Carrie thinks of her as an outlaw and a bandit.
This track seems like the last one we can hear from Carrie’s upcoming album for now. There is hardly one week left and chances are good that she will be focusing her energies on promoting the album and not just a single track. So with that kind of situation with time, fans will have to wait for the album to come out before they can listen to any new track.
