Glasvegas name new album ‘Later… When The TV Turns To Static’

Following some confusion in the music press earlier this month regarding the title of Glasvegas’ new album, the Scottish rockers have officially confirmed it will be called Later… When The TV Turns To Static.

The album title was announced on the bands Twitter, with this rather straightforward message:

The name comes from one of the albums tracks, apparently. I’m not sure if the above image is the album cover (I hope not!), but it’s what the band are using at the minute so it’ good enough for me!

Later… When The TV Turns To Static is due out early next year, and after the disappointing commercial performance of their second album EUPHORIC, HEARTBREAK, it feels like a make or break release for the band.

Before all that though, Glasvegas have got a quick UK tour arranged next month:

01 – London, Garage
02 – Manchester Academy 3
03 – Newcastle O2 Academy 2
05 – Inverness Ironworks
06 – Aberdeen Garage
08 – Glasgow Garage
09 – Dundee Fat Sam’s
10 – Dumfries The Venue
