Jordin Sparks won season six of American Idol and we all remember her from there. She then went on to release her debut album which wasn’t much of a commercial success. Nevertheless, she hasn’t given up on mediocre commercial success she achieved in the first few years of her career as she is planning a comeback that will enthrall her fans. She has just completed a deal with a new lable and she will be starting by releasing her mixtape with the album. But don’t think this is all the news from the Idol winner- she is about to drop a new album as well and that’s the big news.
Jordin announced these big news in a recent press conference where she talked about her deal with the lable Louder Than Life, which was founded by Salaam Remi. She also announced that she will be dropping a new single titled “It Ain’t You” today which will also be a lead single from her upcoming album with the new label. The upcoming album will be titled “Right Here, Right Now“.
Jordin also talked about how she excited she feels about working with Salaam Remi. She is happy with what both of them have done with her new single. Remi already has a good profile as a producer as he already collaborated with Amy Winehouse for some of the best music we heard from the singer.
