The Killers have today been confirmed as the final headliner for next years Isle Of Wight Festival – joining previously announced headliners The Stone Roses and Bon Jovi.
The Las Vegas rockers will headline the Saturday night of the festival (15 June), with The Stone Roses headlining the Friday and Bon Jovi the Sunday. Announcing The Killers on the bill, festival organiser John Giddings said:
We are proud to bring one of the world’s greatest rock bands of the last decade to our small island off the South Coast of England…thanks for coming-it will be a weekend to remember!
Other notable acts confirmed for the bill for Isle of Wight Festival 2013 are: Jake Bugg, Bloc Party, The Maccabees, Happy Mondays and Paloma Faith. Tickets are on sale now from the official site: www.isleofwightfestival.com
